The FCM is Oracle Validated Integration (OVI) 9.0 -9.2, one system, single data source, JDE security, upgrade safe, built using the JDE Toolset, and easy-to-manage calculation process improvements.

    The FCM is a powerful spreadsheet like formula scripting tool that allows users to perform calculations related to their business or industry and use them inside JD Edwards. Like a calculator, the FCM allows users to maintain KOOKY or complex formulas by using simple scripting codes, including SQL like functionality and "IF-THEN-ELSE" statements. Authorized users can now create, test, share, maintain, and deploy “on-the-fly” formula calculations to better meet their business needs.

    The FCM can pull data from any JD Edwards table or business view, even a custom one, and be used to create a formula without involving time constrained IT resources for custom non-upgradeable code.
