Overview

Basecare A/S develops and markets Basecare Discover™, which is a fully automated system- and database monitoring solution. Basecare Discover™ was originally developed for Oracle environments, but has been expanded to comprise MS SQL databases, UNIX/Linux and Windows operating systems as well as web services. In addition Basecare Discover™ can be customized to support Application Monitoring which makes it perfectly suited as an OEM-product. Basecare Discover™ is easily adapted to standard Service Management tools. Basecare A/S delivers solutions, services and skills around the operation of business critical applications.

Detailed Description

Basecare A/S has specialized in automated monitoring of business critical IT-environments, and associated services.
Our experience and key capabilities are focused on 3 areas:

System- and database monitoring
Development of Basecare Discover™, which is a fully automated, "plug-and-play" system- and database monitoring solution, with very low footprint on the monitored equipment, no need for training and delivered as a service, with no upfront investment.

Services
Our operational support is based on a fixed monthly fee, and comprises:
1: Monitoring of databases (Oracle, MS SQL), operating systems (Windows, Unix/Linux), web services, selected applications etc.
2: Operational support and maintenance of Oracle databases.

Consulting
Basecare A/S possess a broad range of skills within the Oracle products
1: Oracle Database Administration and Operations (setup, backup and recovery, performance tuning, sizing etc)
2: Development, specialized in Oracle Application Express (APEX), Oracle Warehouse Builder and others
