PayMatch® is a bolt-on Application that automates the testing and balancing of payrolls and reports the discrepancies it finds, allowing the user to reconcile differences for 100% of the population, with minimal time and effort.
The comparison is done for each Employee and each specific payroll code (e.g. Regular Pay, Medical Deduction, Federal Withholding etc.) in a user specified payroll run. Discrepancies can be viewed on-line, printed in a report or extracted via queries.
PayMatch® allows the Payroll Department to identify these discrepancies quickly, in an efficient and comprehensive manner.

The most common use of PayMatch® is to compare between the same PeopleSoft payroll before and after a Tax Update or Bundle has been installed. This will allow the Payroll Department to fully understand and verify the payroll impact of the PeopleSoft delivered changes. Another use is to compare consecutive PeopleSoft payrolls before and after a comprehensive change has been made into the system (ex. Annual Merit increases, Benefits rate changes) to ensure the update process did not have any unintended consequences.

The PeopleSoft application uses a resume extraction vendor component to extract data from resumes that are submitted.
Burning Glass Xray accepts resumes in various formats (Microsoft Word, RTF, PDF, HTML etc) and returns MR-XML data such as contact information, experience, competencies and qualifications. The PS-Xray integration component allows Xray to be a resume extraction vendor for PeopleSoft HRMS.
Whenever an applicant uploads a resume through the "Apply Online" feature of the PeopleSoft "Recruiting Site" web page or whan a recruiter uploads a resume through the "Load Resumes" feature, PeopleSoft sends the document to Xray and loads the parsed HR-XML data returned by Xray into the appropriate fields of the applicant record.
The product is configured as a resume extraction vendor. The customer installs Burnign Glass Xray on their system and confiures a resume extraction vendor using the appropriate UI or PeopleSoft. PeopleSoft talks to Xray via the webservices interface which comply with the Open Integration Framework defined by Oracle.
