of Oracle’s PeopleSoft Enterprise to order HireRight’s background and drug screening
services from within their PeopleSoft Enterprise interface.

Integration Details


HireRight’s integration with PeopleSoft Enterprise leverages the PeopleSoft Open
Integration Framework to create an easy-to-configure prebuilt integration with
HireRight background screening. The interface uses standard HR-XML schemas for
data exchange.

Once the solution is configured, hiring managers, recruiters, and recruiting
administrators can use the Pre-Employment Requests transaction to create new
HireRight background screening requests, receive status updates, and view applicant
background data directly within their PeopleSoft Enterprise environment.
Ordering a background check on an applicant is a matter of just a few clicks, and once
a report is complete, the detailed search results can be viewed immediately—from
within your PeopleSoft Enterprise interface. Summary results from background checks
and other employment screenings are stored automatically to the applicant’s record
within PeopleSoft Enterprise, ensuring that your recruiters and HR managers have
seamless and efficient access to individual employee data.
