Demand-Based Scheduling — Enables each group or department to create schedules specific to that department’s forecasted demand for labor. Because staffing ratios can vary from organization to organization or department to department, Advanced Scheduler is extremely flexible and able to tackle even the most complex workforce scenario.

Auto-Scheduling — Automatically configures the best schedule based on requirements, employee skills, planned time off, and budgets. After generating the schedule, supervisors can then reassign, add, or subtract employees for special circumstances.

Shift Bidding — Many organizations allow employees to bid for the shift or schedule that they want. This process can take a long time and is error prone. The Advanced Scheduler can streamline the process by using auto-assignment rules during employee sign-up periods, which assign the right employees to the right shifts.

Multiple vacation groups can be managed so that one set of employees can be approved for vacation following one set of rules, and another group can be approved following a different set of rules.
