Contact Center Anywhere, Contact On Demand (COD) and CRM On Demand (CRM OD) is a next generation virtual contact center application developed by Oracle. Contact Center Anywhere provides a full range of contact center features including; ACD, IVR, Predictive Dialing, Call Center Management Reporting, Call Recording and Monitoring. CRM OD provides a full ranges of customer relationship management features and functions to support the enterprise.

Contact Center Anywhere is a blended Inbound/Outbound solution. The application is available for manage services agreements,  in the Hosted On Demand format or the new Hybrid format of customer owned licenses managed by Promero.
