OnBase is completely point-and-click configurable, from the advanced process automating Workflow to the Application Enabler module that links the OnBase repository to line-of-business applications without custom programming. Hyland’s OnBase solutions manage virtually every kind of document in a secure centralized repository. Once documents are a part of the repository, they can be cross-referenced with related documents, made immediately available to multiple users at any location, and distributed in a variety of ways. OnBase also offers management tools o help organizations deal with the challenges of governance, risk and compliance. Functionality such as Document Retention and Electronic Signatures and the OnBase Sarbanes-Oxley Solution help companies monitor, track, and ultimately improve processes. OnBase solutions have been specifically designed to meet the needs of specific applications and vertical markets. Recognized for its ease of use, OnBase requires very little user training and through the Application Enabler module supports access to documents directly from the Oracle E-Business applications users currently employ. With a single Application Enabler license, organizations can image-enable an unlimited number of fields in a single application, allowing users to retrieve documents from the line-of-business application interface by double clicking. This integration can also be used to reduce indexing labor by retrieving index values from the Oracle application. |
