In addition, all STS calculations are done for you and the appropriate notification letters auto-generated. Surveillance is easily managed within the system with no need to enter dates and recalls in a separate calendar. Automatic notifications will ensure that your employees are at the clinic when they’re required, while clearance and recall reports will help you keep on top of medically required surveillance. The system will also move employees automatically in and out of appropriate surveillance groups based on their job position, age, sex, or organizational demographic classification. Finally, the information you capture will be tied together in the Electronic Medical Record, a chart view that outlines your employee’s health history in a format similar to the paper charts you’re used to.
