Its flexible time sheet screens and intelligent user 'roles' are designed to accommodate the complete spectrum of hourly and salaried employees. Employees can view, edit, and approve their time; submit requests for leave; and review their schedules and leave balances in a build-as-you-go editor that provides real-time access to labor data. Workforce Decisions allows you to extend the value of your employee-centric data to decision-makers throughout your organization. Every time an employee interacts with a Kronos system, valuable data is collected. Workforce Decisions combines that data with data from other business systems to give managers intuitive business scorecards for the entire enterprise or tailored to individual units. Kronos data collection devices go where your workers go. Kronos provides a broad range of employee data collection methods. While an intelligent badge terminal is a quick and easy method to collect start and stop times for hourly workers, hourly professionals might prefer to enter their time via the Web.
