| ECS performs mandated regulatory compliance checks on export shipments, including screening for Restricted Parties, Embargoed Countries, and License Determination. ECS works with legacy or ERP Systems (Oracle 10 - 11i) to monitor export transactions as they moves through the export process. ECS uses XML technology that automatically screens and provides an audit trail for each record. Matches and potential matches are referred to the export control officer. These include restricted party or country restrictions, as well as red-flagged words and potential license requirements. The Kewill Export Compliance System is currently used by Oracle Corp. to ensure compliance with US and International regulations. The ITM adaptor in Oracle 11i order management was built specifically to work with Kewill's ECS. | | | | |
