Horizon Budget Planner™ is a Web-based planning and performance management system tailored specifically to healthcare organizations. The system streamlines the budgeting and planning process, helping financial managers to plan, analyze, model and report organizational performance in real time and in collaboration with others across the enterprise. The system integrates multiple data sources for a unified view of the entire enterprise and is accessed through a browser-based Microsoft Excel™ front-end.
