Container and Bulk Tracking, Lab Sampling and Activity Management. Container Management The Transaction menu has a rich array of container management functions available to the user. These activities enable easy tracking of the waste containers and the information necessary to manage the waste, such as waste profiles, container history and EPA reports. Bar-coded labeling and handheld data collection further enhance operations. Container History Each container history can be tracked and archived for reference or discrepancy resolution. Manifest Creation and Management Complete and automated manifest development occurs through the system once the container is entered. This information can be electronically linked to external systems. Waste Profile Complete information is available from all lab tests to create a profile attached to every waste container. Reports With over 150 pre-designed reports and Oracle Discoverer to create ad hoc reports, any information in the system can be turned to useful management reports for decision making. Sample Management All critical functions of sample management and sample data access are readily available within the Receiving/Lab menu. Samples are tied to containers eliminating the need for double entry of data in profiles and facilitating process decisions. MSDS and Inventory Lists Although not a TSDF function per se, the system has access to MSDS. EnvironMax provides access to over 300,000 chemical MSDSs and allows users to create both multi-chemical kits and unique mixes for inventory purpose. Site Configuration The software can be configured to a variety of business rules by simple function selection. The configuration screen contains hundreds of key business rule alternatives. This recognizes local practice differences without requiring customization. The local decisions are made in concert with our technical experts at the time of implementation. Changes can always be made by the system administrator at a later date. Total TSDF Management The EnvironMax TSDF System meets all the demands of facility and operational management. With the configuration tool the system responds to a wide range of business rules. The system can be further enhanced to individual requirements by our outstanding development staff. On-line Training and Help Support The EnvironMax system has a context sensitive help capability for every function. The system reduces training requirements and provides immediate task direction. |

 EnvironMax HMMS 4.0 TSDF Module Overview The EnvironMax TSDF management module is designed to meet the demands of container and bulk tracking, lab sample and activity management. Some key elements of the TSDF Module include: EnvironMax has a rich subset of data available from its basic functions, i.e., chemical lists, accounting access, and a seamless integration with our waste module if used by generators management module. The system reflects significant user input in its design to meet the demands of daily TSDF operations. EnvironMax can use a barcode system (and handheld scanner/data collectors) for container tracking which increases speed and accuracy. Pre-designed and ad hoc reporting makes this system a true management resource. The system is web-based and available, by password, from any location. |
