| D&B’s Master Data Management services offer PeopleSoft clients the ability to create a comprehensive data management strategy, leveraging standard integration with D&B. (1) D&B for PeopleSoft Enterprise Financials Receivables PeopleSoft integrated the D&B Data Integration Toolkit into Financials 8.8. This provides real-time access to D&B information from inside your PeopleSoft application (search, order & store D&B information). There are a variety of pages in PeopleSoft dedicated to D&B. (2) D&B for PeopleSoft Supplier Rating System PeopleSoft integrated D&B content into the PeopleSoft Supplier Rating System. PeopleSoft built the batch export / import procedures, the fields to house D&B information and the ability to use D&B information in standard queries. This is a Batch solution only. D&B information is utilized to provide an overall rating of a supplier. KPIs include on time delivery, quality of product, supplier financial stability. The layout is based on D&B's Worldbase 1784 layout with some Financial Indicators added to the end. (3) D&B Inside PeopleSoft CRM PeopleSoft added the D&B Worldbase 1784 layout to the PeopleSoft CRM 8.9 data model. The customer would still need to write scripts to export & import data between their PeopleSoft database and D&B. The customer would also need to enhance the CRM screens to display the D&B data and make it visible and usable for the application's end users. |
