| The Value of End-User Training
How many times have you heard someone in your company say "Do you know how to use the system that IT showed us last week? I tried to run the sales reports, but cannot remember how, and my notes are useless." People go to training by outside resources or internal personnel and do not get the full value from the training. The reasons for this are: (a) The instructor did not know how to adapt to his or her audience
