Our objectives when dealing with customers are to provide quality solutions to achieve business needs, set realistic expectations and eliminate surprises, build strong working relationships with customers, provide the right resources at the right time, minimise the risk to the project by using an accredited methodology and ensure customer satisfaction. Whitehouse Consultants has become a trusted point of reference within the JD Edwards market. Our longevity as a partner coupled with our experience of JD Edwards solutions ensures that the customer receives the best service. We provide applications and technical consultancy and support for both JD Edwards World and EnterpriseOne and work across all modules. We have worked internationally to provide resources for global projects since the company was established and we continue to work internationally for many major JD Edwards customers. Our services include project management and consultancy for new implementations - technical and applications; audit of systems and technical/applications support for live sites; technical assistance in design of custom work and interfaces plus CNC install & deployment; remote support such as database and system admin, upgrades and migration. We have demonstrated significant success in all of the above services covering the various releases of JD Edwards software and have openly participated in implementations that included other third party processes as part of the overall solution. A key aspect of the consultants working for Whitehouse Consultants is their breadth of knowledge and experience, with an average 10 years JD Edwards involvement. ERP systems expertise is supplemented by a wide range of business process knowledge ranging from pharmaceuticals, oil refining and publishing to distribution and heavy engineering. Systems slow down as databases grow out of control and companies can be faced with costly hardware upgrades. An alternative is to implement some 'good house-keeping' and consider purging and archiving data. ARCTOOLS is an award-winning purge and archive utility developed for AS400/iSeries DB2 and Oracle databases, which allows purging without the need for programming, whilst allowing users to remain on the system. The JD Edwards module was developed in conjunction with the software author and was refined and enhanced by working with customers. The module is designed to purge data from the JD Edwards databases whilst maintaining integrities, both in the production and archive environments. ARCTOOLS allows purges and reorganisations to be stopped and restarted without any detriment to the process and can be run over other packages, bespoke and customised databases. Whitehouse Consultants is the official distributor of ARCTOOLS in Europe. |
