We are organized into some industry expertise areas: telecommunication, bank and financial service, insurance, service and public authority, manufacturing and retail, publishing and media. Telecommunications Telecommunications have long believed and invested in IT, often pioneering solutions taken up subsequently by other sectors. Value Team is one of the IT players with the broadest experience in this sector, especially in the crucial areas of Customer Relationship Management, Billing and Security. Bank and financial service Value Team assists banking and financial services groups in their search for new economies of scale through reviews of IT architecture, operating models and governance structures and partners them through the change processes occurring in the sector. In particular, we identify BI solutions to support the new models for client service targets, enhance procedures to cope with the growing demand for consumer credit and advanced payment systems, and design the security models needed in setting up high value-added projects such as smart cards. Insurance In the insurance sector, Value Team helps companies design integration architecture and innovative solutions geared to Client and Business Intelligence, as well as assist them in all stages of adjustment to new regulations, such as the New Insurance Code Solvency2. Services and Public Administration Value Team works alongside clients operating in the services sector and Public Administration, supporting their revision of processes, fostering innovative choices, and helping them gain benefits not just in ICT, but in every business-critical process. Manufacturing & Retail Value Team works with Italy’s leading industrial groups to promote technological innovation. Value Team is currently engaged in reviewing certain business-critical processes, for instance, in the area of logistics by applying RFId technologies and vertical integration between supply chain management and retailers’ and distributors’ processes. Publishing and Media In the media sector, the development and spread of new technologies are revolutionizing competition and content exploitation. Where operators have accepted the challenge of change, Value Team is there to support their business strategies. Technical skill necessary to implement and deploy projects are allocated into specific competence center: - IT Consulting IT strategy and planning, technological evolution guidelines, IT governance model, design architecture and program management - Systems and Platforms Design, deployment and operational support of IT enterprise system, with a strategic effect on the business of the client based on integration and customization of several technologies. - IT Factory Deployment of “ad hoc” application to solve specific issue by developing software both “mainframe” and highly evolved “open” environment and application management. IT Security, due to the specificity of it services, is a single business unit that holds technical competence and vertical market skills.
