Bank and financial service Value Team assists banking and financial services groups in their search for new economies of scale through reviews of IT architecture, operating models and governance structures and partners them through the change processes occurring in the sector. In particular, we identify BI solutions to support the new models for client service targets, enhance procedures to cope with the growing demand for consumer credit and advanced payment systems, and design the security models needed in setting up high value-added projects such as smart cards. Insurance In the insurance sector, Value Team helps companies design integration architecture and innovative solutions geared to Client and Business Intelligence, as well as assist them in all stages of adjustment to new regulations, such as the New Insurance Code Solvency2.
