NetIDme provides a risk-based, real-time, age and identity verification service. The SaaS technology captures and crosschecks consumer information against thousands of trusted data sources worldwide, providing exceptionally high verification rates, while enhancing the consumer experience.
The system can be easily configured to provide different levels of verification, based on the transaction risk. A unique parental-consent mode allows our clients to verify parents, and thus obtain parental consent, before allowing minors to access age-sensitive products or services, crucial for digital media & ecommerce markets.
For high-risk transactions, the system offers a knowledge-based authentication (KBA) service, delivered via an online secure chat portal. KBA consists of a series of dynamically generated multiple choice questions, designed to ensure that consumers are who they say they are.
In instances where consumers cannot be verified through the online service, the system can be configured to trigger offline checks where consumers can provide identity documentation via a number of secure methods.
NetIDme's systems have been designed with consumer protection at the core. Once positively verified, the technology provides individuals with their own verified digital identity token for use throughout our partner network.
