For the fiscal year ended June 30, 2008, MICROS’s revenue was $954.2 million, an increase of $168.5 million, or 21.4% over the same period last year. Net income before the share-based payment charge, was $114.4 million, an increase of $23.3 million, or 25.6% over the year ago period. EPS for the fiscal year, per diluted share, before the share-based payment charge, was $1.37 per share, an increase of $0.27, or 24.5% over the year ago period.
