Jobs2Web is a talent acquisition solution that drives candidates directly from the major search engines and job aggregation sites into a client's Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

With over 35 million job-related searches run monthly on the major search engines (Google, Yahoo, etc.), employers must have their job families and preferably their jobs visible.  All ATS providers - including the Oracle and Peoplesoft modules - inadvertently prevent open jobs from being indexed and properly ranked within the search engines.  Thus no direct candidate traffic.

Jobs2Web corrects this and also pushes the optimized jobs to the major job aggregation sites, as well as captures deferred candidates using email opt-in and RSS subscription feeds. The result is a fresh inflow of talent from untapped sources.

Jobs2Web seamlessly plugs-into the Oracle and Peoplesoft applicant tracking systems, requires no IT support from the client, and is live within four to five weeks.
