IIS professionals are both product and industry certified and have extensive business process improvement experience with a host of applications in accounting, finance, sales, production, distribution and human resources. IIS is a member of the Oracle PartnerNetwork program, and DocuSphere integration has been certified for J.D. Edwards World and EnterpriseOne systems. The IIS DocuSphere® products provide a complete and functionally rich system to automate and improve business processes. The products are standards based, web enabled, fully integrated and readily scale from a department to the enterprise. DocuSphere Workflow streamlines business processes across ERP applications and platforms. Customers use the “point and click” Graphical Designer to automate their processes. Comprehensive functionality includes the parallel, sequential and conditional routing required for complex, often cross-departmental business processes. Performance metrics and complete audit trails are available for every activity and document, from initial capture through process completion. DocuSphere Content Manager provides organizations with the means to manage their document and content acquisition, generation, presentation and access, and provides document imaging with “intelligent” capture, automated indexing, full-featured viewing, ERM (electronic report management) and archival storage. DocuSphere ERP Interfaces provide seamless integration with the ERP application system. The ERP system can remain the principle point of contact, such that business documents are accessed from within the ERP system with a simple drill down. Indices are automatically created and updated with process relevant data and conditionally routed by DocuSphere workflow for further processing and approvals. IIS has installed and implemented cost-effective business process improvement systems for customers in many industries, including manufacturing, financial services, utilities, construction, property management, retail, distribution and the public sector. These companies range from the mid-sized to very large multi nationals and have deployed DocuSphere across North America and around the world. Customers are served from offices in the U.S. and by partners in Europe and Asia Pacific. |
