History Founded in 1990, FADATA is a Bulgarian company specialized on software/hardware and system integration and with a wide range of working experience in the field of information technology. Our proven expertise in these fields has opened up opportunities on the markets in Bulgaria and abroad. Ever since its establishment, Fadata has been actively involved in the large scale IT projects in the Finance and Public sector. Since 1990, Fadata has successfully completed over 100 projects in different countries located in 3 continents Europe (Bulgaria, Greece, Romania, Hungary, Italy, Slovakia, Germany, Turkey, Ukraine, Russia, Estonia), Asia (Japan, Dubai) and America (USA) and in various areas. Fadata has created an infrastructure for development, integration, operation and support of large information systems. The company’s innovative leadership in this field led to expansion of its activities in international markets. By foreseeing market requirements Fadata, is active in the area of information management through development of information systems and consultancy services for insurance, financial and business management, document archiving and workflow, as well as various e-business and Web applications. Key Products and services Fadata key product- and service list includes: implementation of implementation and development of Fadata INSIS – Insurance Integrated Information Package, Oracle Finance/ Oracle Applications; Embedded Systems & Real-time Operating Systems (BlackHawk DSP product line, developed in cooperation with EWA Technologies, USA; E-Binder product line, developed in cooperation with eSol Co., Japan), Integrated Business Information System. Quality standardization Fadata is ISO 9001:2000 compliant. Achievements Nowadays Fadata is the biggest software company in Bulgaria and one of the leaders of the ranking list for Software developers issued by Computer World (CW Bulgaria Top100) for the years: 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003 and 2004. Market FADATA primary market is Bulgaria but Fadata is the biggest software exporting company. The second targeted market is Europe where Fadata implements insurance software – INSIS and Oracle e-Business Suite. A third one is North America where Fadata has established a joint venture company with EWA (Electronic Warfare Associates) and Japan. For this market Fadata produces embedded systems and DSP solutions. A partnership with US company InsurSys is tailored INSIS for the American market. Powerful features such as AgentSys and integration with the Oracle Collaboration Suite were developed following the requests and specifications of InsurSys. Clients Fadata clients are mainly public and private companies, ministries, government agencies, public and semi-public entities in Bulgaria and on the international markets as well. Most of the projects executed for these clients are financed directly by the Client (Pubic orders or Private Funds) and some of them by the funding agencies (European Community through its PHARE programme and World Bank). Fadata has concluded several important corporate contracts with leading financial groups. The most important long term agreements and partnerships are: Long-term Agreement with EWA Inc.; Long-term Framework Contract with ERG Co. Ltd; Long-term Partnership with Oracle; Long-term Contract with QBE; Long-term Contract with Bulbank/Unicredit Group; Long-term Contract with OTP Group. |
