ClearingHouse®
ClearingHouse® is an integration engine that is accessed through a web browser. It hides its sophistication behind a very simple user interface. Currently it integrates Contract Manager to Timberline Accounting but it is much more, for it can grow and adapt to different versions of the applications as well as accommodating multiple instances of them.
TAPS
Emerald’s Turnaround Progressing System (TAPS) is a streamline solution which makes updating and progressing schedules, as well as entering data, a seamless process. Instead of searching for one activity among thousands, the user simply uses a barcode scanner to access and update any activity within the schedule instantly. With its 2 key functional pieces – the generation of custom reports and a barcode-based update of activity progress – schedule updates that would previously take many man-hours to enter can now be completed in minutes.
EP-dashboard
Emerald’s EP-dashboard allows companies with a simple and clear way of monitoring their Key Performance Indicators. A customer chooses which KPIs to display on the EP-dashboard by selecting the number of charts, as well as the appropriate chart types to utilize on the dashboard to best convey the information. Emerald has developed a number of processes to collect KPI data for the dashboards, one of which utilizes calculating Earned Value metrics at the resource assignment level. EP-dashboard collects details and data required for display through dashboards from various applications and databases. The real portfolio picture can be obtained by bringing this disparate information together to display the real health of a project in one place – financial, safety, schedule metrics, earned value, etc. EP- dashboard can be used standalone or can be embedded into the MyPrimavera portlets.
