Integration Methodology and Technology

 

Arbita OnePost enables customers of Oracle's PeopleSoft Enterprise HRMS to select job requisitions for automated posting to Internet job boards.  Through Talent Acquisition Manager, recruiters and hiring managers post requisitions and choose job boards, using a streamlined posting menu and leveraging HR-XML compliant transactions.  Transactions are sent through Arbita's guaranteed job feeds.  Arbita has provided posting capability to PeopleSoft eRecruit users since 2001.

 

The OnePost job-posting integration leverages the new Open Integrations Framework (OIF) delivered by Oracle.  OIF uses a generic Web Services-based integration, standards-based SOAP, XSLT technology and HR-XML specification for Staffing Exchange Protocol (SEP).  This framework simplifies customer implementation efforts necessary for enabling external job posting though Talent Acquisition Manager.
